The entry form must include

• Cover letter containing affiliation, mailing address and the purpose for which the applicant wishes to use the scholarship (max. one A4 page)
• CV of the applicant (max. two A4 pages)
• Annexes proving previous achievements of the applicant (published works including the thesis, participation in conferences, internships and workshops, performance during the master's studies and state final exams, awards received, etc.)
• The dissertation assignment, the name of the supervisor and the department where the work is carried out
• A letter of recommendation from the dissertation supervisor or head of department
• The results achieved so far in the dissertation and plans for the next period, in no more than two A4 pages
• The application containing the above sections must be sent to email VSscholarship@ceitec.muni.cz
